As part of the Clio Operate (formerly ShareDo) team, you will be working on a cutting-edge adaptive work management platform designed to empower large law firms to build tailored solutions for their work processes. The role involves not only the technical configuration of workflows, forms, and templates but also coaching clients towards self-sufficiency and leading delivery across the implementation lifecycle.

This role matters because it directly impacts how law firms manage their cases, improve profitability, and deliver a market-leading client experience. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on, delivery-focused mindset, capable of diving into configuration details while maintaining a strategic overview of the solution's architecture and integration.

The role is part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and innovation. While specific reporting structures may vary, the successful candidate can expect to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing product direction and contributing to pre-sales efforts.

  • Enhance accelerators (system modules) based on feedback, trends, and implementation insights
  • Advise on enterprise architecture, integrations, and data models to support scalable solutions
  • Recommend integration and data strategies aligned with system maintainability and growth
  • Influence product direction by feeding client insights into the roadmap
  • Support adoption through mentoring, training, and proactive engagement
  • Contribute to pre-sales through demos and prototypes that showcase ShareDo’s capabilities
  • Travel to client sites and participate in cross-functional meetings as required

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong consultative skills, with demonstrated experience engaging senior stakeholders and aligning business value with delivery priorities
  • Technical fluency in low-code environments, with a solid understanding of system architecture and integrations
  • A client-focused approach to change management, with a passion for driving real-world outcomes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel to client sites and cross-functional meetings as needed

Nice to Have
