About the Role

The Senior Business System Analyst position is a pivotal role at Twilio, focused on building and maintaining extraordinary tools and solutions for the rapidly growing Go-To-Market teams. This involves working closely with the Sales Automation team to support, build, and maintain solutions for the opportunity lifecycle value stream. The GTM Systems Operations team is crucial for the success and scalability of Twilio's Go-to-Market efforts, driving system, process, and data improvements that unlock new possibilities across the Sales, Revenue Operations, and GTM organization.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with product owners, builders, and program managers to architect and manage solutions within Salesforce and adjacent technologies
  • Develop and maintain a holistic view of CRM-based processes and user personas to ensure project compatibility with upstream and downstream systems and processes
  • Own projects end-to-end to improve how Go-To-Market and internal teams leverage Salesforce, Salesloft, DataCloud, and ETL tools
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and balance project timelines from diverse stakeholders with varying priorities and levels of technical acumen
  • Engage in requirement gathering and stakeholder management for prioritized work
  • Partner with 3rd party vendors to implement new out-of-the-box features and design custom solutions
  • Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain documentation of system architecture and technical specifications
  • Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and updates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication

What We Are Looking For

  • 4-8 years of experience with Salesforce implementation, support, and maintenance
  • Experience with Salesforce admin work and Sales Cloud / opportunity management
  • Demonstrated ability to understand business needs and translate user requirements into system requirements
  • Salesforce Admin Certification
  • Advanced knowledge of an analytical tool or programming language
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesloft, DataCloud, and ETL tools
  • Knowledge of GTM and sales operations processes
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Certification in Salesforce Development or similar
