About the Role
The Senior Business Systems Analyst role at Webflow is a critical position that will help drive the company's AI operations forward. As a key member of the Enterprise AI Operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration, governance, and user support for Webflow's enterprise AI tool stack. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather workflow requirements, build frameworks, and scale AI adoption. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Enterprise AI Operations.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment. What You Will Do
- Own the day-to-day administration, governance, and user support for Webflow's enterprise AI tool stack
- Partner with stakeholders to gather workflow requirements for new agents and AI use cases
- Build and maintain frameworks, skills, and reusable patterns that scale AI adoption
- Support the Enterprise AI Ops team's agent development lifecycle
- Lead enablement work across the company to drive AI adoption
- Act as the connective tissue between IT, Security, Finance, and the business for AI tooling decisions
- Surface patterns across incoming requests to help the team prioritize what to build next
- Collaborate with the Senior AI Product Owner to develop and implement AI strategies
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI opportunities
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, AI operations, or a related field
- Strong technical skills, including experience with AI tool stacks, workflow management, and digital transformation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work remotely and manage multiple priorities
- Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational goals
- Experience with IT, Security, and Finance operations
- Knowledge of AI governance and compliance
- Certification in AI, data science, or a related field
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud-based AI platforms
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and agile methodologies
- Certification in ITIL, COBIT, or a related field
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools
