Join Twilio as a Senior Business Systems Analyst to own the technical blueprint and functional alignment of Twilio's Talent Acquisition and Performance Management ecosystems.Responsibilities
- Build and maintain partnerships with System and Program Owners to manage expectations and drive cross-functional consensus.
- Serve as the primary functional expert for Talent and Recruiting systems, translating program requirements into technical specifications.
- Partner with Platform System Leads and Program Owners to ensure system configurations are scalable, compliant, and aligned with talent program objectives.
