About the Role
The Senior Business/System Analyst role at N-iX is a critical part of the company's cross-functional Agile team, responsible for developing innovative web and mobile financial products. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements, ensuring that high-level business needs are translated into clear, actionable technical specifications. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving requirements from discovery through implementation and product release, ultimately contributing to the development of next-generation digital banking platforms.The role entails working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to ensure that business needs are met and technical implementation is properly aligned. Your experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies will be essential in navigating the fast-paced environment of a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
What You Will Do
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements to ensure alignment with company goals
- Translate high-level business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications
- Drive requirements from discovery through implementation and product release
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers
- Develop and maintain technical specifications and documentation
- Conduct thorough analysis of business needs and identify areas for improvement
- Work with stakeholders to understand and prioritize requirements
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to system implementation
- Participate in the planning and execution of testing and quality assurance activities
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst
- Proven experience delivering complex web and mobile products
- Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
- Experience managing requirements throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Hands-on experience with BPMN and UML
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience working with Confluence and Jira
- Understanding of non-functional requirements, including security, scalability, and performance
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
- Certification in Business Analysis or a related field
- Experience working in the financial services industry
- Familiarity with digital banking platforms and financial products
