About the Role
As a Senior C# Developer with fintech experience, you will be part of a distributed, international team responsible for developing core systems in areas such as XVA, Liquidity, and Financial Resource Management. This project is at an exciting turning point, migrating to a modern, highly advanced event-driven architecture on the back-end side. The developed UI tools support the daily operations of hundreds of users in a dynamic market environment, requiring a collaborative, agile approach with a strong emphasis on clean code and software craftsmanship.The team operates in a fast-paced environment, where autonomy and teamwork skills are highly valued. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills are essential, as well as attention to detail, especially under time pressure. A proactive, flexible approach to daily engineering challenges and motivation to work directly with front-office IT are also crucial.
What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable C# code for core financial systems
- Collaborate with the team to design, implement, and test new features and improvements
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to clean code principles and best practices
- Work closely with front-office IT to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Contribute to the migration to a modern, event-driven architecture
- Ensure the developed UI tools meet the needs of hundreds of users
- Collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in C# development
- Strong understanding of event-driven architecture and software design patterns
- Experience with fintech systems, particularly in areas such as XVA, Liquidity, and Financial Resource Management
