About the Role
The Senior Change Management Lead role at Autodesk is a critical position that will support and scale complex, cross-functional change initiatives across the company's go-to-market (GTM) organization. As a key member of the transformation team, this individual will be responsible for leading and aligning change strategies across multiple initiatives, ensuring measurable adoption, sustained behavior change, and business impact. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of established change methodologies, such as Prosci/ADKAR or Kotter, and experience operating at a multi-program or portfolio level.The GTM organization at Autodesk is undergoing significant transformation, and this role will play a vital part in enabling Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to operate effectively at scale. The Senior Change Management Lead will partner closely with Business Process Excellence, Program Management, Enablement, and Operations to ensure that change is embedded in processes, systems, and enablement. This role will also involve influencing senior stakeholders, integrating change across initiatives, and establishing governance, coordination mechanisms, and risk tracking to proactively manage adoption and readiness.

What You Will Do
- Lead and align change strategies across multiple GTM transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment to enterprise objectives
- Define adoption success metrics tied to business outcomes and use insights to inform senior-level decisions
- Implement structured change management approaches and embed change into operating rhythms and business processes
- Serve as a senior advisor to directors and senior leaders on readiness, sequencing, risk, and change trade-offs
- Integrate change across initiatives to create a cohesive stakeholder experience and reduce transformation fatigue
- Establish governance, coordination mechanisms, and risk tracking to proactively manage adoption and readiness
- Lead complex stakeholder alignment conversations and navigate resistance in high-stakes environments
- Develop executive-ready narratives and materials that translate insights into clear recommendations
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure change is embedded in processes, systems, and enablement
- Scale enterprise change capability by setting quality standards, coaching practitioners, and driving execution rigor
- Provide global change leadership, ensuring regional alignment while accounting for cultural and market dynamics
What We Are Looking For
- 8-12+ years of experience leading organizational change in large, complex enterprises, with consulting experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience operating at a multi-program or portfolio level, with deep expertise in established change methodologies
- Strong analytical skills, with experience defining and tracking adoption metrics tied to business outcomes
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience supporting or transforming GTM organizations, with a strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations
- Bachelor's degree required, with an advanced degree preferred

- Knowledge of Prosci/ADKAR or Kotter change methodologies, with a certification in change management
