About the Role
The Senior Channel Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in driving growth and customer engagement across email, push notifications, and on-site channels. As part of the Marketing Team at DepositPhotos, a global creative platform powered by Cimpress/Vista, this professional will own and execute lifecycle marketing strategies that bring ideas to life. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience with marketing automation platforms, and a passion for driving customer engagement.The role entails collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, sales, copywriting, and design, to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns. The Senior Channel Marketing Specialist will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, generating insights, and recommending improvements to continuously enhance channel effectiveness and business metrics.

What You Will Do
- Utilize Iterable, Braze, or similar tools to build, launch, and optimize lifecycle campaigns and customer journeys across email, push, and on-site channels
- Leverage customer data and behavioral insights for segmentation, personalization, and campaign strategy
- Run A/B tests to improve engagement, conversion, retention, and LTV
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating insights and recommendations to continuously improve channel effectiveness and business metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, sales, copywriting, and design, to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders, including campaign performance and customer insights
- Identify opportunities to optimize and improve marketing processes and strategies
- Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and initiatives
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle management, or channel marketing, with proven ownership of multi-channel campaigns and measurable impact
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Iterable, Braze, etc.) and CRM systems
- Experience with continuous A/B testing
- Solid understanding of segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing principles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, sales, copywriting, and design
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
