What You Will Do

• Design and develop high-quality chemistry content for elite research labs
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure the delivery of high-quality materials
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of chemistry
• Develop and implement new content creation processes and procedures
• Provide technical expertise and support to the content team
• Analyze and improve the effectiveness of content creation processes
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored content solutions
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the research community
• Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in content creation

What We Are Looking For

• PhD or doctoral candidate in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field
• Strong command of graduate-level chemistry concepts, reaction mechanisms, and quantitative analysis
• Excellent written English and ability to express complex ideas clearly and concisely
• Experience in rigorous academic problem design or chemistry olympiad writing preferred
• Strong technical skills, particularly in Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Experience in content creation and development
