Job Description

## About the Role As a Senior Client Services Specialist, you will be the bridge between DentalXChange and its clients, providing timely and high-quality support. You will be responsible for addressing client queries, resolving issues, and ensuring that the company's products and services meet their needs. This role is critical in maintaining client satisfaction, retention, and overall operational efficiency. The Senior Client Services Specialist will work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless communication and support. You will be expected to provide training, troubleshooting, and process improvement suggestions to enhance the client experience. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, each with unique needs and requirements. Your ability to adapt to different situations, think critically, and provide effective solutions will be essential in this position.

## What You Will Do - Provide elevated support to clients, internal departments, and fellow team members regarding various products and services - Act as an escalation point for complex client issues, resolving them in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of DentalXChange's products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues, provide feedback, and suggest process improvements - Deliver training and support to clients, either individually or in groups, to enhance their understanding of DentalXChange's products and services - Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth - Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed and aligned - Develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals, guides, and other support materials - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell DentalXChange's products and services, and work with the sales team to pursue these opportunities - Participate in the development and implementation of new products, services, and features, providing feedback and suggestions from a client perspective

## What We Are Looking For - 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a digital or technology-related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and provide effective solutions - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously - Strong understanding of digital products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools - Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team - Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results

## Nice to Have - Experience with VOUCHSAFE or other similar technologies - Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field - Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
