About the Role
The Senior Client Solutions Manager role at Kyra is a pivotal position that requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and hands-on campaign management expertise. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of brand accounts, ensuring seamless delivery, and driving growth through data-driven insights. Your day-to-day will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Strategy, Campaigns, Paid, and Product, to align on client goals and objectives.In this fast-paced environment, you will need to be adaptable, curious, and commercially aware, with a strong ability to build trust with clients and internal stakeholders. Your experience in influencer or creator marketing will serve as a foundation for navigating the complexities of campaign management, from creator discovery to campaign execution. You will be expected to lead by example, driving a culture of excellence, and ensuring that the team is equipped to deliver high-quality results.
What You Will Do
- Manage a portfolio of brand accounts, focusing on growth, retention, and delivery excellence
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive client growth, informed by data analysis and market trends
- Lead client relationships across launches, seasonal campaigns, and always-on programs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on client goals and objectives
- Build trust with clients through direct, transparent communication and regular performance updates
- Identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging AI-powered tools to optimize campaign performance
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, including platform trends and best practices
- Forecast performance, optimize mid-campaign, and apply learnings to future programs
- Ensure timely and efficient campaign delivery, managing timelines, scopes, budgets, and execution
What We Are Looking For
- 4-6+ years of experience in influencer or creator marketing, with a strong track record of account growth and retention
- Proven hands-on campaign experience, with fluency in Meta and TikTok platforms
- Clear understanding of revenue, retention, or NRR KPIs, and experience in measuring success against these metrics
- Leadership experience, with a focus on running 1:1s, managing workload, and supporting team performance
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to speak confidently about revenue impact and growth opportunities
- Experience with AI-native tools and technologies, and a willingness to integrate these into daily workflows
- Beauty experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and navigate complex relationships

- Experience working with enterprise-level clients or brands
- Familiarity with campaign management tools and software
- Certification in influencer marketing or a related field
