About the Role

The Senior Client Success Manager at Zeta Global is a pivotal position that involves overseeing the execution of programmatic campaigns for key clients. As a seasoned professional in this field, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to drive business growth. This role entails working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless campaign execution and optimal results.

The Senior Client Success Manager will be an integral part of Zeta Global's client success team, reporting directly to the Director of Client Success. This team is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue expansion. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the programmatic landscape, including platforms, technologies, and trends, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from Fortune 500 companies to innovative startups, and contribute to the development of Zeta Global's client success strategy. What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute customized programmatic strategies for key clients, aligning with their business objectives and goals
  • Manage and optimize campaign performance, ensuring delivery of high-quality results and meeting client expectations
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations to drive growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective campaign execution
  • Conduct regular business reviews and QBRs with clients, presenting performance data and strategic recommendations
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve client success and campaign performance
  • Develop and maintain expertise in programmatic platforms, tools, and technologies, including DMPs, DSPs, and ad exchanges
  • Create and deliver training sessions and workshops for clients, focusing on programmatic education and strategy

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, with a focus on client success and campaign management
  • Proven track record of success in managing and growing client relationships, with a strong understanding of client needs and goals
  • In-depth knowledge of programmatic platforms, including DMPs, DSPs, and ad exchanges, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and campaign optimization
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand client business objectives and develop strategic recommendations
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing, advertising, or business

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with programmatic platforms, such as AppNexus, DataXu, or Mediamath
  • Knowledge of data management and analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Excel
  • Certification in programmatic advertising, such as the IAB Digital Media Sales Certification
