About the Role
As a Senior Clinical Data Manager at Precision Medicine Group, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of the clinical trial data management process. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the quality and integrity of the data, from study start-up to post-database lock. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, laboratory experts, and clinical trial managers, to ensure that data management activities are aligned with the company's goals.The Senior Clinical Data Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of clinical databases, as well as ensuring that data management activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory directives and standard operating procedures. This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will be leading a team of data managers and providing guidance on data management best practices.

What You Will Do
- Manage all aspects of the clinical trial data management process, from study start-up to post-database lock
- Oversee the development and maintenance of clinical databases, including database design, testing, and validation
- Ensure that data management activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory directives and standard operating procedures
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of data managers, including training and mentoring
- Develop and implement data management plans, including data quality control and assurance plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, laboratory experts, and clinical trial managers
- Ensure that data management activities are aligned with the company's goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain data management documentation, including data management plans, data quality control plans, and study reports
- Participate in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and corresponding process documentation
- Coordinate with third-party vendors, including external data and EDC vendors, to ensure that data management activities are conducted in accordance with contractual agreements
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a life sciences or related field, such as biology, chemistry, or mathematics
- At least 5 years of experience in clinical data management, including experience with clinical trials and regulatory compliance
- Strong knowledge of data management principles, including data quality control and assurance
- Experience with database development and testing, including database design and validation
- Strong leadership and management skills, including experience leading a team of data managers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with data analysis and reporting
- Experience with regulatory compliance, including experience with FDA regulations and guidelines
- Experience with data management software, including experience with EDC systems and data management tools
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in a life sciences or related field, such as biology, chemistry, or mathematics
- Experience with SAS programming and data analysis
- Experience with medical coding and data standardization
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, including experience with Tableau or Power BI
- Certification in clinical data management, such as CCRA or CDM
