About the Role

The Senior Clinical Trial Manager position at Worldwide Clinical Trials is a pivotal role that entails leading and directing clinical site management teams from study start to closure. As a key member of the clinical operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of clinical trials, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining strong relationships with sponsors and site stakeholders. Daily responsibilities will include managing study budgets, identifying out-of-scope activities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. What You Will Do

  • Provide leadership and direction to clinical site management team members

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or a nursing degree in a relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience as a Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Operations Leader, or equivalent role
  • 3+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate
  • Oncology experience is required
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team remotely
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%

Nice to Have

  • Experience with clinical trial management systems and electronic data capture systems
  • Knowledge of ICH-GCP and FDA regulations
  • Certification in clinical trial management or a related field
