## About the Role As a Senior Cloud Engineer at Kunai, you will play a critical role in the development of next-generation automation platforms and tools. ## What You Will Do - Design and implement cloud-based systems that are scalable, secure, and efficient - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs - Work with public cloud providers, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, to design and deploy cloud-based infrastructure - Develop and implement DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines - Ensure production readiness and operations of cloud-based systems, including monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, security, and operations, to drive innovation and excellence - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and system guides - Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24/7 support for production systems - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing, including new features and services offered by public cloud providers - Contribute to the company's technical vision, sharing expertise and knowledge with others

## What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, with a focus on public cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure - Strong background in DevOps, including experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and orchestration - Experience designing and implementing resilient systems, including load balancing, autoscaling, and self-healing - Strong understanding of cloud security, including identity and access management, network security, and compliance - Experience with automation tools, such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues

## Nice to Have - Experience with machine learning or artificial intelligence, including ML frameworks and AI services - Knowledge of containerization platforms, such as Docker or Kubernetes - Experience with serverless computing, including AWS Lambda or Azure Functions - Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and regulations, such as NIST or PCI-DSS - Experience with IT service management, including ITIL or COBIT
