What You Will Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at existing and prospective customers
- Identify new business opportunities and pursue them through strategic outreach and networking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver sales enablement materials and training programs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales approaches
- Develop and manage sales forecasts and pipelines to ensure accurate revenue projections
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows to promote Salesloft's products and services
- Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and other sales materials to prospective customers
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a SaaS or technology-related field
- Proven track record of sales success, with a strong history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at all levels
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales situations and develop effective solutions
- Experience with CRM software and sales enablement tools
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and methodologies
