About the Role
Twilio is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to partner with the R&D organization and design, implement, and manage compensation programs. This role is a strategic advisor to leaders and HR Business Partners, bringing deep expertise in benchmarking, market trends, and equity compensation.Responsibilities
- Partner with R&D leaders to develop and implement compensation programs
- Provide guidance on annual and mid-year compensation cycles, leveling, and job framework decisions
- Advise on offers, promotions, and pay equity analyses and recommendations
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Excel and compensation analysis
