About the Role
Gitlab is seeking a Senior Compensation Partner to help build and sustain a high-performance culture by aligning compensation programs with the company's strategy, values, and team member experience.Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior compensation advisor to People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders within assigned client groups.
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to support hiring, retention, and career growth.
