## What You Will Do - Analyze AI model performance on complex computer science problems - Develop and implement new AI models to tackle complex problems - Collaborate with AI research teams to develop new solutions - Evaluate the performance of AI models and identify areas for improvement - Document findings and articulate reasoning step-by-step in written form - Develop and maintain technical documentation of AI models and systems - Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement AI models - Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and machine learning - Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase - Collaborate with researchers to develop new solutions and approaches

## What We Are Looking For - PhD in Computer Science or related field - MS in CS with 3+ years of engineering, research, or teaching experience - BS in CS with 5+ years of software engineering, systems, or applied CS practice - Working fluency in at least two of the following: algorithms, systems, databases, networks, ML, theory of computation - Clear technical writing and ability to articulate reasoning step-by-step in written form - Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks and tools - Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms - Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems

## Nice to Have - Experience with cloud-based platforms and services - Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools - Experience with containerization using Docker - Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration
