Job Description

About the Role

Gravie is seeking a Senior Configuration Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of benefit plans, coding systems, and claims processing logic.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze benefit plan documents to build benefit categories and adjudication rules
  • Support training, process development, and peer review
  • Develop solutions for plan variations and automate claims processing workflows
  • Troubleshoot defects in the claims configuration process

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in configuring accumulators and benefit plans
  • 5+ years of experience as a claims examiner, coder, or related experience
  • Knowledge of adjudication processes, plan designs, and health plan information systems
