About the Role

As a Senior Consultant at DataCatalyst, you will be part of a high-expertise consulting team delivering end-to-end solutions in data management, governance, and monetization. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve engaging across project phases, from strategy to implementation, to solve complex data challenges. You will work closely with internal teams to refine methodologies, tools, and approaches, enhancing DataCatalyst's market differentiation.

The role is globally remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within the Central or Eastern Standard Time zones. This full-time position offers the opportunity to shape both client outcomes and the firm's delivery excellence. What You Will Do

  • Engage across end-to-end project phases to solve complex data challenges
  • Define and document requirements, analyzing business processes and supporting testing, training, and rollout efforts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine methodologies, tools, and approaches
  • Work with partner software vendors to integrate technology into client environments
  • Own and lead tasks that advance client success and firm growth
  • Contribute to business development, thought leadership, and recruiting initiatives
  • Refine and implement data management, governance, and monetization strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively reporting on project status

What We Are Looking For

  • 5-10 years of project experience in data management, analysis, or related consulting disciplines
  • Proven understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and technology implementation frameworks
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and polished client service abilities
  • Ability to run workshops with SMEs to elicit business and technical requirements
  • Experience with process mapping, requirement gathering, and stakeholder engagement
  • Demonstrated proficiency in multitasking, with meticulous stakeholder management and influence
  • Prior experience in project-based or billable consulting roles, preferably delivering visible deliverables and client impact

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Excel and other data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of data governance and monetization principles
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative project management tools
  • Certification in data management or a related field
