Job Description

About the Role

As a Senior Consultant at ReachExt K.K., you will be responsible for analyzing business processes and helping clients transform their operations with Oracle Cost Management Cloud. This role entails working closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing and costing teams, to design and implement tailored solutions. Your expertise in Oracle SCM Applications will be crucial in driving business growth and improving efficiency for clients.

The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will involve hands-on configuration of Oracle Cost Management Cloud, as well as coordination with offshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You will also be required to collaborate with other track members and business partners to model, design, and build business solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Design, prototype, and iterate solutions using Oracle Cost Management Cloud
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and costing teams to define requirements and lead projects
  • Coordinate with offshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Develop and maintain documentation of Oracle system configurations
  • Implement and support Oracle SCM Applications
  • Provide training and support to clients on Oracle Cost Management Cloud
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle SCM Applications
  • At least 2 years of experience with Oracle Cost Management Cloud
  • Bilingual skills in Japanese (near native level) and English (business level)
  • Certifications in Oracle SCM Cloud modules, such as Costing, Manufacturing, and Inventory Management
  • Experience with IT analysis, design, and development of complex ERP solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience with supply chain business processes, including Forecast-to-Plan, Plan-to-build, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay
  • Shop floor experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of Oracle Inventory Management and Item masters in the manufacturing domain
  • Experience with other Oracle SCM Cloud modules, such as Quality and Maintenance
