About the Role

As a Senior Consultant at Nordic Global, you will play a pivotal role in delivering Epic-related consulting services to clients, working closely with project leadership, and applying technical expertise to drive success. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve analyzing workflows, identifying and resolving problems, and providing optimization suggestions to ensure efficient project execution. The Senior Consultant role is more than just an Epic expert; it requires a deep understanding of the client's needs, the ability to listen, and the capacity to tackle complex projects. What You Will Do

  • Perform Epic-related consulting and administrative computer services for Nordic clients
  • Apply technical expertise to individual client system build to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems
  • Mentor client project teams as necessary in project and system build strategy
  • Track and document risks and issues
  • Analyze and document workflows
  • Work closely with project leadership, including documentation and facilitation
  • Work directly with Epic end users
  • Monitor workflows, provide documentation, and optimization suggestions
  • Lead meetings regarding project status and on-going work-product coordination
  • Attend corporate functions as a representative of the company to meet prospective consultants and solidify relationships with clients and Nordic co-workers
  • Perform additional specific duties related to the project as required and dictated by individual clients

What We Are Looking For

  • At least one current Epic certification (MyChart, Cadence, Cheers)
  • At least 3 years of Epic experience
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Highly organized, able to multi-task, and maintain intense focus on individual tasks
  • Self-starter with ability to maintain schedule, meet deadlines, and monitor one’s own work product
  • Highly adaptable; able to acclimate quickly to new project assignments and varying work environments
  • Ability to work successfully with different teams and co-workers
  • Aptitude for mentoring and guiding others
  • Possess a strong work ethic, treating others with respect, keeping commitments, inspiring trust, and upholding organizational values

Nice to Have

  • Multiple Epic certifications
  • Project management experience, with PMP certification preferred
  • Experience with Connect or optimization projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel for project assignments as needed
