About the Role
As a Senior Consultant at CrossCountry Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in leading Oracle EPM implementations. Your expertise will guide clients in navigating financial challenges and creating sustainable solutions.Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle EPM implementations, including Planning Cloud, EPBCS, and FCCS.
- Gather client requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs.
- Manage project delivery, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Enhance organizational processes to optimize FP&A functions.
- Collaborate across teams for effective implementation and project success.
- Identify operational improvement opportunities using analytics.
- Responsibly explore AI tools to improve productivity.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Consulting, Finance, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM tools like Hyperion Planning and SmartView.
- Solid understanding of financial processes and modeling.
- Professional services experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline.
