Senior Consultant - Public Sector

About the Role

The role entails working closely with customers to understand their business processes, challenges, and goals, and then using Celonis' Process Intelligence technology to analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and suggest improvements. This is a highly collaborative position, requiring strong communication skills, the ability to work with various stakeholders, and the capacity to translate technical specifications into business requirements.

As part of the Celonis team, you will be at the forefront of process mining and intelligence, working with the newest features and functionalities of the Celonis software, including Process Analytics, Process Automation, Task Mining, and Machine Learning.

What You Will Do

• Lead and drive the implementation process for Celonis technology to ensure optimal solutions for customers.
• Transform customer data using SQL to create data models for process analysis.
• Design and implement innovative analyses and execution apps, enriching them with Machine Learning algorithms or Task Mining.
• Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies, understanding root causes to suggest approaches for improvement.
• Quantify business and financial potential, presenting relevant KPIs to management.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Conduct value creation workshops to align measures for improving process inefficiencies.
• Set the foundation for the path to value, ensuring long-term customer success.
• Leverage Celonis' Process Intelligence Graph to turn data insights into immediate business action.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of Celonis' Process Mining technology.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of working experience in IT Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement, or a similar area.
• Relevant experience in the Public Sector vertical.
• Active Security Clearance that will remain active for at least 18+ months upon hire.
• Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages (Python, R, Matlab...) and a strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to interact with various customers to understand and interpret business processes.
• Excellent analytical skills, well-organized, and known for being a quick learner.
• Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program.
• Dedication and vision to drive Celonis Process Mining technology forward.
