Senior Consultant - Public Sector

About the Role

The role entails working with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results and driving customer success. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of customers across the public sector, from government agencies to non-profit organizations, and help them achieve their goals through data-driven process optimization.

What You Will Do

• Lead and drive the implementation process to ensure the optimal solution for customers using Celonis technology
• Transform customer data using SQL to create data models for process analysis
• Design and implement innovative analyses and execution apps, enriching them with machine learning algorithms or task mining
• Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and understand root causes
• Quantify business and financial potential and present relevant KPIs to management
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Conduct value creation workshops and align measures to improve process inefficiencies
• Set the foundation for long-term customer success journeys
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Celonis' international expansion
• Stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionalities of the Celonis software

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of working experience in IT consulting, management consulting, process improvement, or a similar area
• Relevant experience in the public sector vertical
• Active security clearance (remaining active for at least 18 months upon hire)
• Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages (Python, R, Matlab...)
• Strong interest in big data, data mining, and process mining
• Excellent analytical skills, well-organized, and a quick learner
• Successfully completed studies in business informatics, computer science, information-oriented business administration/economics, mathematics, or a comparable degree program
• Strong communication skills in English and enjoyment of interacting with various customers
• Dedication and vision to drive Celonis process mining technology forward

• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques

• Certification in process mining or a related field
