What You Will Do
- Provide guidance to junior consultants to achieve set goals and objectives
- Lead the implementation of different projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
- Address customer infrastructure and cloud platform needs, developing effective solutions that meet their requirements
- Collaborate with customer support teams to troubleshoot complex issues and resolve problems
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Work closely with application teams to address multi-product issues and ensure seamless integration
- Analyze and fix existing code bases to address new requirements and improve overall performance
- Coordinate workflow among cloud teams, users, and stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective delivery
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through professional communication, deep troubleshooting, and effective problem-solving
- Participate in customer enterprise development, helping to make Red Hat's solutions practical and workable for customer businesses
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a Cloud or Infrastructure consultant
- Proven experience working with Linux or Unix operating systems
- Expertise in Kubernetes internal architecture and container technologies
- Experience with Red Hat OpenShift configuration, implementation, and support
- Knowledge of software containers and experience implementing them
- Proficiency with monitoring tools like Prometheus or Observer
- Upper intermediate-advanced English proficiency, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a high-performance, dynamic environment
- Experience working as a support or development engineer for a Platform-as-a-Service provider or hosting service
- Soft skills to lead complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
- Experience with Automation tools like Ansible Automation Platform
- Knowledge of cloud security and compliance principles
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems
