What You Will Do
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to clients and colleagues on packaging regulations and trends
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, delivering high-quality work that drives results for clients
- Conduct regulatory deep-dives to help clients interpret and action critical requirements
- Develop and deliver high-impact proposals in collaboration with client managers
- Perform landscape reviews, including sustainable packaging regulations and competitor commitments
- Utilize data analysis to identify gaps or inaccuracies and develop well-reasoned approaches and assumptions
- Lead and grow client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor
- Proactively monitor and analyze emerging trends in sustainable packaging, supply chains, and innovative materials
- Collaborate with global experts to represent Anthesis at industry-leading conferences and foster strategic connections and partnerships
- Drive the creation of innovative thought leadership content, transforming complex concepts into accessible and engaging materials
- Develop and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations that distill complex information into key messages
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience, demonstrating a strong track record as a packaging expert
- Deep, authoritative knowledge of packaging regulations, specifically SUPD, PPWR, and EPR
- Proven ability to interpret complex legal and regulatory texts, converting them into practical, actionable guidance
- Strong experience in packaging design and materials, including composition, recyclability, and compliance documentation
- Advanced technical risk assessment skills, with a focus on identifying compliance gaps and developing robust mitigation strategies
- Proficiency in data analysis and data visualization tools, including Excel
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills, with a focus on driving growth and delivering results

- Graduate degree in a related field, such as Packaging Engineering or Materials Science
