The Senior Consultant, Value Engineering role at Celonis is a pivotal position that will drive business-critical solutions for the public sector. What You Will Do

Develop a deep understanding of customers' business-critical challenges and objectives, and design innovative solutions that address these needs
Build and prototype Celonis solutions using the company's Process Intelligence platform, in combination with AI and ML technologies from partners like Microsoft, OpenAI, and Databricks
Collaborate with customers to identify areas where process intelligence can drive meaningful improvements and develop proof-of-value projects to demonstrate the impact of these solutions
Work closely with the sales team to develop compelling ROI/TCO business cases and prototypes that showcase the value of Celonis solutions
Support the implementation and adoption of Celonis solutions, ensuring that customers achieve real ROI and value from their investments
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Celonis' Process Intelligence platform, including its capabilities, limitations, and applications
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, ML, and process transformation, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth for Celonis and its customers
Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback and insights on the company's product roadmap and strategy
Develop and deliver presentations and training sessions to customers and internal stakeholders, showcasing the value and capabilities of Celonis solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, and leverage these relationships to drive growth and revenue for Celonis

What We Are Looking For

5+ years of experience leading technical pre-sales, including defining AI roadmaps, building compelling ROI/TCO business cases, and prototyping machine learning and generative AI solutions
Strong understanding of generative AI techniques, such as RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, and multi-agent orchestration
Experience working with business processes across sectors, including supply chain and finance, and the ability to translate high-level business needs into specific AI use cases
Good knowledge of Python and common ML libraries, such as LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, and PyTorch
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both internal and external stakeholders
Experience working with data engineering tools and technologies, such as data warehouses, ETL tools, and cloud-based data platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders

Nice to Have

Experience working with Celonis' Process Intelligence platform, or similar process mining and intelligence technologies
Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Experience working with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
Certification in AI, ML, or data science, such as Certified Data Scientist or Certified AI Engineer
Experience working in the public sector, or with government agencies and institutions
