About the Role
The Senior Content Strategist position at SalesPlaybook AG is a unique opportunity to work with a portfolio of personal-branding clients, developing and implementing content strategies that drive business results. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for owning the full content operation, from client setup and strategy to content creation and performance reporting. With a focus on delivering high-quality content that sounds unmistakably like the client, you will work closely with founders and executives to pull out their expertise and turn it into engaging content.The role is based in Berlin, with the option to work remotely 90% of the time. As a Senior Content Strategist, you will be part of a team that is passionate about helping B2B companies scale their marketing and sales efforts through effective content strategies.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement content strategies for a portfolio of personal-branding clients
- Conduct bi-weekly content calls with clients to draw out their expertise and stories
- Create clear content outlines and write LinkedIn content that carries the client's ideas and attracts their target audience
- Manage multiple accounts and moving pieces at once, ensuring smooth communication and timelines
- Build monthly performance reports to track the success of the content
- Collaborate with the team to develop and refine content strategies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in content marketing
- Conduct research to build a deep understanding of the client's industry and topic
- Develop a detail-oriented mindset with high standards for quality
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Continuously evaluate and improve the content strategy and implementation

- Excellent writing and communication skills in both German and English
- Experience with HubSpot and Excel
