About the Role

The Senior Conveyancer position at 24x7 Direct is a full-time, remote role that requires a high level of expertise in Australian conveyancing. As a Senior Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of property law and conveyancing work for clients. This includes providing A-Z residential conveyancing services, reviewing contracts of sale, and explaining complex legal concepts to clients. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines is crucial.

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that values structure, dependability, and consistency. You will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, adhere to strict shift times, and participate in team and client calls. What You Will Do

  • Manage a wide range of property law and conveyancing work for clients
  • Provide A-Z residential conveyancing services, including reviewing contracts of sale and explaining complex legal concepts
  • Assist clients through every stage of the conveyancing process
  • Review and prepare legal documents, including contracts of sale and transfer documents
  • Conduct title searches and other property searches as required
  • Liaise with clients, lawyers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client matters
  • Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow
  • Participate in team and client calls, with your camera on
  • Use time tracking software during work hours

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven 2-5 years of Australian conveyancing experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and processes
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information
  • Experience with PEXA and LEAP CRM, or similar software
  • Queensland/NSW conveyancing experience highly desirable

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a remote team environment
  • Familiarity with time tracking software and other productivity tools
  • Certification in conveyancing or a related field
  • Experience with other property law and conveyancing software
