About the Role
Linear is seeking its first Senior Counsel to support the company's global growth and high-velocity culture. As a remote-first company, this role is open to candidates based in North America.Responsibilities
- Own core legal areas, including commercial agreements, trademarks, and corporate governance/equity
- Develop the legal foundation/frameworks for new products and initiatives
- Work closely with product teams to navigate AI legal implications, including data privacy and model usage
- Lead negotiations for complex enterprise MSAs and DPAs
Requirements
- Experience in commercial, product, and operational legal matters
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate asynchronously
