About the Role
Reddit is seeking a Senior Counsel, Regulatory Affairs to manage and respond to regulatory requests from around the world. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of legal experience, preferably with 3+ years in-house, and a strong background in tech platform regulation.Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to regulatory requests about Reddit's products
- Manage government and regulator discussions, negotiations, and disclosures on compliance readiness efforts
- Review proposed and new regulations to analyze potential business impact
- Provide advice and counsel to ensure Reddit meets its legal obligations
Requirements
- 5+ years of legal experience, preferably with 3+ years in-house
- Experience responding to informal and formal regulatory inquiries
