About the Role

Directive is seeking a Senior Creative Manager to lead its Performance Design department, a team that combines creative craft with performance marketing expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic direction of the department and the development of its people and work.

Responsibilities

  • Own the creative vision and quality standard for the Performance Design department
  • Ensure all work meets both craft and conversion benchmarks
