What You Will Do

  • Lead the development of creative strategies for paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Ideate high-performing ad concepts, hooks, angles, and scripts that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Translate performance data into actionable creative insights to inform future campaign strategies.
  • Build and manage structured creative testing frameworks to continually optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with media buyers, editors, and designers to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Analyze campaign performance and iterate on top-performing creatives to maximize ROI.
  • Present strategies, results, and insights to internal teams or clients, providing data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of trends in paid social, UGC, and digital content, applying this knowledge to enhance campaign strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of target audiences, using this insight to craft compelling creative narratives.

What We Are Looking For

  • 4–6+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or digital advertising.
  • Proven track record of driving results through paid social creatives, with a portfolio that demonstrates creative and strategic thinking.
  • Strong background in performance marketing and paid social, with experience in managing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
