About the Role
Thinkjam is a pioneering digital agency that specializes in growing high-profile fandoms, franchises, and IPs. As a Senior Creator Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing influencer campaigns that resonate with communities and maximize the potential of iconic brands. Your expertise will be instrumental in leading small to medium-sized campaigns, collaborating with senior team members on high-priority campaigns, and working towards leading mid-size campaigns.The role entails managing and acting as a key lead on projects, executing with minimal supervision, and proactively anticipating deadlines, client, and internal deliverables. You will collaborate with the campaign lead to develop interim and wrap reports for clients, ensuring clear analytical thinking. Your ability to lead ideation and brainstorm meetings for campaigns will be crucial in ensuring clear direction and collation of ideas for client concepting.
As a Senior Creator Marketing Executive, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team that is passionate about bringing dream properties to life in bold, social-first ways. Your work will have a direct impact on the success of iconic entertainment IPs and franchises, and you will have the opportunity to build relationships with high-level influencer agency contacts to deliver successful campaign results.
What You Will Do
- Manage and act as a key lead on projects, executing with minimal supervision
- Collaborate with the campaign lead to develop interim and wrap reports for clients
- Lead ideation and brainstorm meetings for campaigns, ensuring clear direction and collation of ideas for client concepting
- Develop influencer target lists for campaign lead and client review, ensuring high-level vetting and intermediate strategic approach to meet client goals
- Delegate tasks to direct reports and/or other team members, with clear instruction and oversight of execution and deliverables
- Consistently communicate at every stage regarding status to all internal and external stakeholders
- Use social insights tools to enhance client success where appropriate
- Begin to build relationships with high-level influeller agency contacts to deliver successful campaign results
- Escalate all issues encountered to Lead or Managers
- Represent the company at on-location events, such as screenings, premieres, and launches, when required
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in creator marketing or a related field, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, influencers, and team members
- Proficiency in Excel and other project management tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

- Experience working with social insights tools and influencer marketing platforms
- Knowledge of the entertainment industry, with a passion for pop culture and fandoms
- Certification in marketing or a related field, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot
- Experience with campaign budgeting and financial management
