About the Role

The Senior Customer Activation Manager will own the activation, growth, and retention of Ramp's partner-referred customers. As an early member of the team, you will help build and refine the Partner Success program and define the implementation motion to drive activation and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner segments
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for partners, understanding their business models, goals, and challenges
  • Develop and deliver partner onboarding and education on Ramp's suite of products

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Partner Success
  • Fluency with partner ecosystem operations
  • Exceptional project management and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
