About the Role

What You Will Do

  • Accelerate customer success across the lifecycle by providing technical expertise to prospects and assisting in launching and onboarding new customers.
  • Support strategic pre-sales opportunities by delivering high-impact technical guidance.
  • Assist new customers in successfully adopting Fivetran's products, ensuring they achieve their data management goals.
  • Execute proactive adoption plays, including migrations, new feature implementations, and major version upgrades.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with customer and business needs.
  • Develop and maintain deep technical knowledge of Fivetran's products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data management.
  • Provide input into product development to ensure that customer needs are met.
  • Participate in strategic planning to drive growth, retention, and expansion.
  • Identify and mitigate churn risks by providing timely and effective technical support.

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in data management or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel and experience with data infrastructure and analytics.
  • Proven track record of driving customer success in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Experience working with strategic accounts and a deep understanding of their data management needs.
  • Ability to travel as required (up to 20%).
  • Strong understanding of data management trends and emerging technologies.
  • Experience with cloud-based data management solutions.
