About the Role
Skribble is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to support and advise customers on the application and integration of Skribble's e-signing solutions.Responsibilities
- Support customers in rolling out Skribble across business areas and help them get the most value out of it
- Navigate change required in business processes and negotiate contract renewals
- Identify new opportunities for expansion in existing customers
- Collaborate with Product, Partnerships, and Marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and growth
Requirements
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to navigate multiple pricing models and develop creative strategies for pricing, upselling, and expansion
- Ability to engage with complex buying committees and communicate effectively with various stakeholders

- Develop a strong understanding of e-signing solutions and digital transformation to stand out in the application process
