About the Role

The Senior Customer Success Manager position at Recharge is a unique opportunity to work with the Skio team, helping leading e-commerce brands grow and retain subscribers while maximizing the value of the Skio platform. As a dedicated strategic partner for some of Skio's most valuable merchants, you will be responsible for driving long-term success and growth. The role entails working closely with the Skio team, while benefiting from the scale, resources, and shared innovation across Recharge.

The Skio platform is designed to help merchants deliver seamless customer experiences that drive customer retention and revenue growth. With its relentless product innovation and focus on ease of use, Recharge has established itself as a leader in the subscription commerce space. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of subscription commerce.

What You Will Do

  • Own the financial health and strategic direction of a dedicated portfolio of powerhouse brands
  • Act as the ultimate subject matter expert, advising C-Suite, VP-level, leadership, and relevant stakeholders on best-in-class strategies for subscription funnels, loyalty, and churn mitigation
  • Serve as the voice of Skio merchants internally across Recharge and Skio teams, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Support, and GTM teams to advocate for merchant needs
  • Drive fast, comprehensive solutions for complex strategic or technical hurdles
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and retention for Skio's most valuable merchants
  • Conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), turning complex data into clear, actionable, multi-year strategic plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-Suite, VP-level, and leadership teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in strategic Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting within the Managed Shopify ecosystem
  • Deep, current knowledge of the e-commerce subscription space and the technical nuances of the Shopify platform
  • Proven track record of managing portfolios with multi-million dollar ARR and consistently hitting (and exceeding) goals
  • Exceptional ability to lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), turning complex data into clear, actionable, multi-year strategic plans
  • High-level communication skills for high-stakes conversations with VP and C-Suite stakeholders
  • Resourceful, 'get it done' mindset necessary for thriving in a high-growth, technically focused company
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision making
  • Experience with GTM strategies and tactics

  • Experience with subscription commerce platforms, such as Skio or Recharge
  • Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in the e-commerce space, such as AI-powered subscription management
  • Certification in a relevant field, such as Customer Success or Account Management
