What You Will Do
- Partner with stakeholders across the GTM organization to identify and address reporting and analysis needs
- Manage and sequence the delivery of reporting and data needs
- Build business requirements and execute against these requirements
- Create dashboards and data visualizations that deliver business insights and information at scale
- Drive decision-making and problem-solving based on analytics
- Collaborate with business partners across the enterprise to foster innovation and drive critical decisions
- Deliver core business reports to GTM leadership
- Drive results-oriented approach in a fast-growing, matrixed environment
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reports as needed
- Provide effective coaching and consistent feedback to team members
- Establish clear expectations and actively develop associates' skills
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field)
- At least 7 years of experience performing data analytics
- Proven track record of decision-making and problem-solving based on analytics
- Strong quantitative orientation and data-driven approach
- Ability to collaborate and work with business partners across the enterprise
- Impeccable written and oral communication credentials
- Ability to deliver core business reports to GTM leadership
- Intense focus on achieving both short and long-term goals
