## About the Role The Senior Data Analyst role at Recharge is a critical position that will support the company's Go-To-Market Organization, comprising Sales, Business Development, Revenue Operations, and Demand Generation. As a key member of the central Data & Analytics team, you will work closely with GTM leadership to enhance performance measurement, identify growth opportunities, and scale self-serve insights across the organization. Your expertise in analytics engineering, traditional analytics, and data product management will be instrumental in driving business growth and customer retention.
The role requires a deep understanding of GTM analytics, with the ability to build trusted, well-modeled data sets in dbt and scalable reporting in Looker. You will design and implement dimensional models, metrics definitions, and datasets that make analysis repeatable and trustworthy. Your work will have a direct impact on the company's ability to deliver seamless customer experiences and drive revenue growth.

## What You Will Do - Build and maintain durable, documented, and tested models in dbt that power GTM reporting, including pipeline, funnel, conversion, bookings, forecasting, rep performance, and account health.
- Design dimensional models, metrics definitions, and datasets to make analysis repeatable and trustworthy.
- Develop and maintain Looker explores, dashboards, and standardized reporting that enable self-serve by the GTM organization.
- Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and model documentation to ensure stakeholders can confidently act on results.
- Partner with data engineering on upstream improvements, including instrumentation, source system hygiene, and pipeline reliability.
- Collaborate with GTM stakeholders to clarify business questions and translate them into analysis plans, metrics, and decision frameworks.
- Perform analysis using SQL (and Python as needed) to identify trends, diagnose performance, and recommend actions, such as funnel bottlenecks, win-rate drivers, deal velocity, and territory/segment opportunities.
- Build GTM narratives that connect data to decisions, clearly communicating insights with business context to leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Proactively monitor performance and adoption signals to surface risks, anomalies, and opportunities, then drive stakeholders toward resolution.
- Identify high-leverage GTM insight bottlenecks and design data products to solve them, such as standardized KPI hubs, automated pipeline risk alerts, self-serve funnels, guided explorations, and executive views.
- Leverage LLMs/AI to accelerate time-to-insight and self-serve adoption.
- Strong proficiency in analytics engineering tools, such as dbt, and data visualization platforms, like Looker.
- Experience with CRM systems, including Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Excellent quantitative skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and communicate insights effectively.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success operations.
- Ability to design and implement dimensional models, metrics definitions, and datasets that make analysis repeatable and trustworthy.
- Experience with data product management, including the design and development of data products that drive business growth.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or GCP.
- Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
- Certification in data analysis or a related field, such as Google Data Analytics or Tableau.
