What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain complex data models and architectures to support business intelligence and analytics tasks.
- Design and execute A/B tests to measure the impact of different product features and marketing strategies.
- Create and manage databases and data systems to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights to stakeholders across the organization.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to integrate data insights into product development and campaign planning.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions and provide actionable recommendations.
- Develop and document technical specifications for data analytics projects, including data requirements and delivery timelines.
- Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of analytics outputs.
- Stay updated with new tools and methodologies in data analytics, applying this knowledge to continuously improve analytics capabilities.
What We Are Looking For
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics.
- At least 3 years of experience as a data/BI analyst in a data-mature company, with a proven track record of delivering complex analytics projects.
- Expertise in advanced SQL, including the ability to write efficient and complex queries.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation, including the design, execution, and analysis of tests.
- Strong knowledge of metric design and the ability to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Proficiency in BI-tool development, including experience with tools like Looker, Tableau, Mode, Hex, or Metabase.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with data science tools and libraries.
