About the Role

The Senior Data Analyst position at Xsolla represents a unique opportunity to join a global commerce company at the forefront of the video game industry. As a key member of the Advertising & Rewards division, you will be responsible for driving data-informed decisions that optimize user engagement and reward systems across Xsolla's B2C apps and websites. What You Will Do

  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis to optimize user engagement and reward systems across B2C apps and websites.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, product, engineering, and business stakeholders, to design and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and maintain automated dashboards, reports, and models that enable data-informed decision-making across the business.
  • Design, execute, and analyze multivariate product experiments to drive growth and improve existing features.
  • Apply advanced analytics techniques, including machine learning, to uncover player insights, forecast economic trends, and support monetization strategies.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user experience goals.
  • Work closely with data, product, and engineering teams to build business cases and forecasts for new feature development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analysis and analytics tools, applying this knowledge to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
  • Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Lead the development of analytics schema and dashboards/reports, ensuring that data infrastructure supports business needs and user experience goals.

What We Are Looking For

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in quantitative analysis, preferably within games or other consumer-facing apps.
  • Fluency in SQL and the ability to work with highly dimensional and complex datasets.
  • Strong proficiency with Statsig or comparable A/B testing platforms.
  • Experience with Looker, Tableau, or other BI/data visualization tools.
  • Strong proficiency with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or other product analytics platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and statistical skills, with the ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Experience in leading the design and execution of multivariate AB tests and analytics projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on driving business growth and user experience.
