Senior Data Science Manager, Marketing

What You Will Do

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of data scientists focused on the Marketing & Business Development domain
• Drive strategy and serve as a thought-partner to cross-functional leaders
• Deliver causal insights to quantify the true incremental lift of marketing spend
• Standardize measurement frameworks to evaluate brand initiatives and ensure consistent metrics
• Drive the adoption of strategic and tactical recommendations based on deep product experience and data understanding
• Ensure data quality by overseeing the collection and quality of underlying data
• Develop and deploy Incremental/Predictive LTV models
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to make data-driven, high-confidence decisions
• Communicate complex ideas and results to non-technical stakeholders
• Identify actionable and impactful insights to guide budget allocation and identify high-value growth segments

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on marketing and business development
• Strong understanding of data science principles, including machine learning, statistics, and data visualization
• Experience leading a team of data scientists and communicating complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel, SQL, and programming languages such as Python or R
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing and business development principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
• Certification in data science or a related field
