## About the Role The Data Science Team at Reddit is seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to partner with cross-functional teams and drive user and revenue growth. ## Responsibilities - Develop action-oriented insights to drive product strategy through observational causal analysis and experiment meta-analysis - Clearly communicate results to stakeholders up to the C-suite to take action based on the recommendations - Lead and contribute to defining product strategy through measurement and metrics design, experimentation, and causal analyses ## Requirements - Solid technical background and strong business acumen - Excellent cross-functional stakeholders management skills - Proficiency in Excel
