About the Role

Docker is seeking a Senior Deal Operations Specialist to join their team. This role is crucial in enabling efficient, accurate, and strategic deal execution across the sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Deal Desk Operations, driving deal strategy, pricing approvals, and contract redlines
  • Support the Ready-to-Close process and provide quoting support during Month and Quarter end
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve systemic issues and improve handoffs between teams
  • Collaborate with Sales on deal structuring and strategy to optimize revenue, margin, and customer outcomes

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel
  • Experience in deal operations, sales, or a related field

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with quoting systems and CRM data integrity
