## About the Role The Senior Demand Generation Marketer will be at the forefront of abridge's marketing efforts, designing and executing comprehensive campaigns to drive awareness, pipeline growth, and revenue. This role is critical in supporting the sales team by providing high-quality opportunities and developing account-based marketing programs that engage priority accounts. Day-to-day, the Senior Demand Generation Marketer will work closely with the sales, growth, and product marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and maximum impact. ## What You Will Do - Develop and execute full-funnel demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including email, paid media, webinars, and events.

  • Utilize AI tools for audience segmentation, creative personalization, and optimal channel spend to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Create campaign briefs, timelines, and project plans to ensure timely and successful campaign launches.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand their goals, buyer personas, and pipeline needs, translating these into scalable campaign enablement and follow-up programs.
  • Partner with content and product marketing teams to craft messaging and assets that resonate with enterprise audiences and complex buying committees.
  • Manage and analyze campaign performance metrics, using insights to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement.
  • Own the marketing-to-sales handoff process, ensuring campaign outputs are actionable and measurable, and implementing automation for lead routing and progression tracking.

## What We Are Looking For - 6-8 years of experience in demand generation, campaign marketing, or growth marketing, preferably within the B2B SaaS or enterprise technology sector.
  • Proven track record of planning, executing, and measuring multi-channel campaigns that drive significant pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex, multi-channel programs from initiation to results.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, buying committees, and the content/messaging required to influence them.
  • Experience partnering with sales and marketing operations to align campaign strategies with business objectives.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo to measure campaign success.
  • Familiarity with Excel for data analysis and reporting.
