About the Role
As a Senior Demand Generation Strategist at Directive, you will be responsible for driving client results through strategic paid media and SEO campaigns. You will work closely with a portfolio of up to seven clients, developing and executing tailored marketing strategies that meet their unique needs. This role is ideal for a T-shaped marketer with a passion for performance marketing and a keen eye for creative campaign development.Directive is a leading B2B marketing agency that has worked with over 420 brands across various industries. The company's methodology, DiscoverabilityOS, aligns brand and demand to guide the ideal customer profile (ICP) to choose the brand across every decision point. As a Senior Demand Generation Strategist, you will be an integral part of this process, working closely with clients to understand their goals and develop strategies that drive real results.
The role is part of Directive's Performance division, which spans paid media, content marketing, PR, and paid social. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute paid media campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Conduct keyword research and optimize SEO campaigns to drive organic traffic and increase conversions
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to clients
- Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing goals and develop tailored strategies
- Project manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments in paid media and SEO
- Identify opportunities to optimize campaign performance and improve ROI
- Develop and present campaign reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and insights
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic marketing plans
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in agency-side marketing, with a focus on paid media and SEO
- Strong understanding of SaaS marketing and the software industry
- Proven track record of driving client results and exceeding expectations
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze campaign data and provide insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Experience with campaign optimization and ROI analysis
