About the Role

Loancrate is seeking a Senior Design Engineer to own the quality of our UI from pixel to production, collaborating with Design and Product teams to make complex financial workflows feel approachable and trustworthy for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build core UI components for AI-powered mortgage workflow tools, balancing information density.
  • Contribute to work such as designing and building core UI components within the first month.

Requirements

  • Attention to detail, with a focus on micro-interactions and delight as a requirement.
  • Ability to treat design as a craft, bringing genuine skill to every component shipped.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI-native products and workflows is a plus.
